Additional Rate Information Rate includes all taxes (9.5%). Deposit of $850 due at time of booking with the first month's payment rent due 30 days prior to arrival. Balance of rent will be due upon arrival. Cleaning fee of $100.00 will be deducted upon departure with the remaining $750.00 of the security deposit being fully refunded as long as their is no damage to the home or contents. Initial deposit is fully refundable if cancellation is made more than 120 days in advance of arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 120 days but more than 90 days of arrival 50 percent of the initial deposit will be refundable. No refund of the deposit will be made if the cancellation occurs within 90 days of arrival, or if the first month's rent is failed to be remitted when due, 30 days prior to arrival.
