Monthly Rental $3,200
Our rental is a 3,000 square foot single family home, the Alora model built by Shea, in Encanterra Trilogy Resort in Queen Creek/Phoenix, Arizona very near all amenities. The address is 149 East Kennedia Drive. We have outfitted the home to be Grandchildren friendly. As a result, in addition to all furnishings, there is a Pack and Play, Stroller, High Chair and Booster Chair available to accommodate children and guard rails that can be used with either of the sofa sleepers. The home will comfortably sleep nine including use of sleeper sofas in both the Casita and the Den. The Kitchen, Great Room, Morning Room Combo is wonderful for entertaining. Dining Table can seat up to 10 comfortably. Gas BBQ is provided on the patio with table and seating for 10 in fenced back yard. No Pets Allowed or Smoking within the home. High Season Rental from December - January - April at $4,995 a month, must be minimum four month. Mid-Season Rental October, November, at $2,995 a month - one month or more minimum. Low Season Rental May, June, July, August September is $2,495 a month, with minimum one month rental. Monthly rates could be higher based on number of occupants. Discount may be provided for 3 months or more in mid season or low season. Home is also available on a 12 month lease basis for $3,200 per month. For 12 month lease, tenant is responsible for utilities, Internet and cable. Refundable Security Deposit is half a month's rent for short term rentals; one month for 12 month rental, but could be higher based on number of occupants. Non Refundable Cleaning Fee of $250 for short term rental, $500 for 12 month rental, which could be higher based on number of occupants. Transfer of the Social Membership, currently at $250. Social Membership includes use of the Club facilities; pools, tennis, pickleball, bocce, fitness center etc. Public golf courses are available nearby outside the gates at various greens fees.

Entertainment System Encanterra Trilogy in San Tan Valley/Phoenix is a gated five star golf resort; two major Club Houses, restaurants, multiple pools, tennis, exercise gym, spa. All amenities, including those outside the gate are walking distance. With two master bedroom suites and a third bedroom all with ensuites, home is highly upgraded and suitable for multiple family members or friends to share. Great Room and all bedrooms outfitted with cable and TV's. Location is 15 minutes from Mesa/Gateway and 35 minutes from Phoenix Sky Harbor Airports.
Utilities All utilities and cable are included in the rent along with Trash, Gardener and Pest Control for short term rentals. For 12 month lease tenant pays utilities, Internet and Cable separately.

Social Membership Transfer during High Season currently $250, paid by Tenant directly to the Club. Includes limited rounds of golf during high season with tenant paying Greens Fees
Other In addition to two master bedroom suites and a third bedroom all with ensuites, the casita is outfitted with a full size sleeper sofa and the den is outfitted with a queen size sleeper sofa. There is also a powder room in the hall.
