Only an hour from Orlando and 1.5 hours from Tampa, it’s the perfect hub from which to explore Florida, invite guests for a weekend, or to just enjoy the tranquility of lakefront life. The 100-year-old house needs some minor cosmetic work; however, it is a comfortable home with all functional amenities as it stands, including central AC/heat, high speed Wi-fi, as well as a private beach on 1.5 acres. (It’s been enjoyed by 5 generations of our family so far.) Our current price would be in $2,000 a month for a minimum 1-month winter rental in 2023. Parking off-street on a long, shaded driveway. (There is a small1-BR cabin next to the house which will be occupied for the winter months. Driveway parking, beach, and one patio will be shared.)
