The fully fenced in backyard area is perfect for small pets to run around in and soak up the sun. The home sleeps eight people comfortably and includes an upper deck with seating perfect to watch the beautiful bay sunset.

Jamaica Beach is its own community located about 10 miles from the heart of Galveston and is part of the island’s West End offering restaurants, grocery, and beach-worthy activities. Jamaica Beach has access to the Gulf side as well as the Bay side and also has its own fire and police department plus city park with pool (pool open only in summer season).

Marina Permits
There are now two separate applications for residential permits and guest permits. Proof of residency will be verified at the time the application is submitted, please refer to the application for examples of proof of residency. As of Monday, April 5,2021 anyone accessing the marina without a valid permit will be ticketed. The cost for a daily permit is $10.
