For a *Preferred Minimum Four (4) Full Month(s) or Greater Rental Lease Term Stay, the Rental Amount is "Discounted" to $1775.00* per month based on a Two-Tenant Occupancy.

Owner Paid Utilities/Services Include: The Monthly Water, Sewer, Trash Fees and Internet/WIFI Service.
*Tenant(s) Pay Monthly Electric Fees.
