The Rent for this Beautiful Winter Rental Single-Family Detached Home is $1925.00 per month, based on a two (2) person tenant occupancy. The rent includes the Owner Paid monthly Sewer, Trash and Water Utility.

*A $50.00 credit (per Electric Billing Cycle) will be applied to tenant's electric use charges per billing cycle/month during the Tenant(s) Winter Lease Stay. Electric use/charges over/exceeding the $50.00 applied credit amount/per billing cycle, will be the tenant's financial responsibility and will be cumulatively charged against/deducted from the tenant's Security Deposit following the tenant's Winter Rental Lease Term Stay.

*Internet Service may be provided, for an additional monthly fee of $60.00 per month, which will be added to the monthly rental fee. ($1925.00(Base Rental Fee-No Internet Service)+$60.00(Rental Fee with Internet Service)=$1985.00, the Rental Amount per month with Internet Service provided. Internet Services must be requested well in advance of move-in. If Internet Services are provided, the tenant must retain the Internet Services for the entire Winter Rental Lease Term and pay the added monthly fee per month for the entire Lease Term.

*Tenants are welcome to bring their own Internet Service or Internet Hot Spot.

Tenant(s) may STREAM using the ROKU Smart TV in the Living Room, but must have adequate Internet Service *(See above regarding Internet Services), along with their own established/paid streaming account. Tenant(s) are responsible for knowing how to log-in into the Smart TV to stream/access their own paid TV account programming.

A Variety of Local TV Channels/Programs are available/provided via a roof mounted antenna.

This is a Single Family, Single Level Home with an attached Garage. The Garage is a Standard Height and Width Size Garage. A Washer and Dryer is provided and located in the attached Garage, directly accessible from the home.

The home has recently been Upgraded with New Paint Throughout, New Plumbing Fixtures/Faucets in the Kitchen and Bathrooms, New Bathroom Lighting has been installed in both Bathrooms, New Lighted Ceiling Fans have been installed in the Living Room, Master Bedroom Suite and Guest Bedroom/Office.
