San Carlos 703 is a beachfront condo in the heart of Gulf Shores, Alabama. It has three bedrooms and bathrooms and will sleep up to eight guests. The condo has an open-concept design making it an excellent property for families and friends.
The kitchen, dining area, and living area are open and spacious. Floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors and windows facilitate the beautiful views of the Gulf and beach. You can access the beachfront balcony from the living area or the master bedroom. The balcony offers stunning views of the Gulf and plenty of seating so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves and relax outdoors!
The kitchen has cookware and dishware for your cooking and dining needs. In addition, the kitchen has a toaster oven and a Keurig coffee maker for your enjoyment. Adjacent to the kitchen is a wet bar with an ice maker.
The living room has comfortable furniture, a large flat-screen TV, and a DVD player. All the bedrooms also feature a TV and DVD player. You will also be equipped with cable and free Wifi during your stay.
Sleeping Arrangements:
The beachfront master bedroom features a king-size bed with floor-to-ceiling glass sliding doors that open to the shared beachfront balcony. The views from the master bedroom are lovely and don't disappoint! There is an on-suite private master bathroom that includes a jetted tub, separate shower, and dual vanity.
The 1st guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a private bathroom with a shower-tub combination.
The 2nd guest bedroom features a queen-size bed and a shared bathroom off the hallway with a shower-tub combination.
San Carlos is a beautiful Gulf front condominium offering a variety of amenities. It is located in the heart of Gulf Shores and is within walking distance of many area attractions, such as shopping and restaurants. Seasonal events also take place in Gulf Shores that are fun for the family. If you are looking to attend Hangout Fest, Gulf Shores Shrimp Fest, and the National Collegiate Beach Volleyball Tournament, to name a few, San Carlos is such a great place to stay!
*Parking passes and armbands are not included. They are to be purchased onsite at $50 (cost subject to change) per car/stay. Max of 2 parking passes may be purchased. Amenity Armbands are also purchased onsite (current rate: $2 each.)
