If there is no damage to any furniture or accessories, the damage deposit will be returned to you upon checkout, and property inspection. Each additional pet will be an additional $100 added to the refundable damage deposit, making it the perfect choice for pet lovers. We kindly ask that you watch your pet closely while in the unit, do your best to keep them off beds and furniture, and lead them to the relief areas when necessary.
