"A true gem! Doug’s place on Jekyll Island was perfect for our family. The house is beautiful, spacious, and had everything we needed—from beach gear (bikes, wagons, towels) to kid-friendly amenities like a pack and play, highchair, games, and a cozy TV room. The location is ideal, just a short walk to the beach and near bike trails and island attractions. Doug was a wonderful host—friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. We had an amazing stay and would absolutely come back!"

Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- In the summer, set both thermostats to 78 degrees. In the winter, set both thermostats to 65 degrees
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
