Entering the first level of the home, you are welcomed by a single car garage and climate controlled storage area, perfect for storing golf clubs or keeping bikes out of the weather. The first floor opens into the cozy backyard, a perfect size to take pets out for sunbathing.

On the second level, you are greeted by the spacious and bright living room. Large windows flood the entire main floor with natural light. Nothing was spared at Garland Circle!
