If you want to wake up every morning looking out at the Atlantic Ocean from any bed in the house, then look no further! This 3 bed/2.5 bath beautifully remodeled condo at Admiral's Quarters II has a large private garage underneath and is literally 100 feet from the waves and 50 feet from the pool in Surfside Beach. Take your pick of either the second level deck overlooking the ocean and pool or the 3rd level deck off the primary suite overlooking both as well. If you get tired of the views (you won't), rent a golf cart to take you out for a meal or some nightlife in Surfside or Garden City and feast on delicious seafood till your heart is content.

Inside, you will find spacious open plan living/dining with seating for 6, a 60" Smart TV, a gorgeous kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and granite counters and everything needed to cook delicious meals. Upstairs you find the primary suite with a private en suite bath, 40" flat screen tv, large closet and breathtaking ocean views from the full glass slider. There is a hallway bath shared between 2 additional bedrooms containing a queen bed in the 2nd and 2 twin beds in the 3rd and yes you can still see the ocean from these bedrooms as well! There is also a W/D upstairs, half bath downstairs and back door access to the private garage from the first floor living space. Rest assured this will be the most relaxing and enjoyable vacation you have taken in years filled with memories to be cherished.

Please treat our home and common areas with the same respect
as you would your own. Thanks in advance!

Pool: 9am-10 pm
No glass or pets in pool or surrounding enclosure.

No children under 12 years of age allowed in Pool without a parent or guardian.
Please observe and respect rules and regulations posted in pool area and court side. First Aid kit located on pool deck.

Balconies: Please Do Not hang your towels or bathing suits on balconies. A dryer is provided in each unit. No portable grills are permitted on balconies.

Trash: All garbage should be firmly secured in bags and deposited in the dumpster located Just off Waccamaw Drive.

Hazardous Materials: No flammable fluids such as kerosene, explosive or flammable materials or any other articles deemed hazardous are permitted in units.

Common Areas: Please do not obstruct common areas with bikes, floats, chairs etc.

Parking: Only One Parking Space Per Condo

Please hang pass from your vehicle's rear view mirror or place on dashboard. Towing is enforced on property for vehicles not properly tagged.

No boat, trailer or oversized vehicle parking in garage.

Noise: Quiet Hours are between 11pm-7am as per Surfside Beach ordinance. Please consider your neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable sound level.
