Property Beautification Project: Starting September 23, 2024 the pool and surround along with the beach boardwalk will be closed for refurbishment. Beach access will be available around the back of the property. Parts of the parking lot may be obstructed during this time. Parking lot resurfacing in early November. Closed for 3 days (TBD). Offsite parking required. Updates forthcoming for both pool and parking lot.

This comfortable condo is positioned perfectly between the entertaining shuffleboard courts and the large swimming pool ensuring that endless fun is always close by.

For your convenience, a full-size washer and dryer are provided in the condo, along with a starter kit of essentials: Laundry detergent, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, toilet paper, paper towel, packaged kitchen sponge, trash bags, and hand soap. These items are provided in a limited quantity to get you started on your Vacay. We do not replenish or restock starter kit items after the quantity provided has been used.

Shorehom by the Sea is a smoke-free community and does not allow smoking anywhere on the property. 

New Smyrna’s famous Drive beach is only a few miles north providing a fun “windows down, radio up” family excursion. The intracostal waterway, Mosquito Lagoon, offers some of the best Red Fishing in Florida and we can help connect you with the most outstandingly friendly and knowledgeable guides in town.  Ponce Inlet, just a couple minutes North, is one of Florida’s destination surf locations as well; throwing both left and right, decently sized swells.

Explore nearby Canaveral National Seashore Park (just 4 miles away), day-trip to Orlando’s many theme parks, take in a NASCAR race or the Speedway museum in Daytona Beach, go deep-sea or surf fishing, shop the boutiques in historic New Smyrna Beach, or play golf at the excellent nearby courses: LPGA, New Smyrna Beach Municipal (Donald Ross), Sugar Mill (Robert Trent Jones) and Walkabout (Perry Dye).
