This beautiful newly updated 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome is located on the popular Regal Palms Resort with a lazy river, water slide, beach entry pool and gym. This beautiful townhome comfortably accommodates 6 people plus a baby and has 2 king rooms, a two twin bed room, 2.5 bathrooms and a patio.

Updated, repainted and newly furnished throughout in August 2023, the open-plan living space has a beautiful lounge and dining area with tiled floors. The lounge has an L-shaped sofa with a large Smart TV and a ceiling fan. A secondary seating area offers a recliner sofa and sliding doors out to the patio.

The formal dining area has an impressive marble table and seats six.

The spacious fitted kitchen has new granite counters and is equipped with a dishwasher, oven/hob, microwave, fridge freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, blender, utensils, crockery etc. There is also a coffee cart with a K-Cup machine.

There is a half bathroom on the ground level with a WC and laundry closet with washer, dryer, iron and board.

Upstairs you will find a serene and spacious primary bedroom suite with a king bed, a Smart TV, ceiling fan and in-suite bathroom with granite counters and a bath/shower.

Bedroom 2 is a stylish king room with Smart TV and bedroom 3 is a colorful twin room with a Smart TV. There is a family bathroom with a bath/shower.

This property has a private double driveway for two vehicles, air conditioning throughout, free Wifi and complimentary use of a pack and play (travel cot) and a highchair for babies.

2. The maximum occupancy of the home is stated in the property listing and house rules and MUST NOT be exceeded at ANY TIME. Strictly no events or group gatherings that exceed the maximum occupancy.
3. Only Guests who are included in the reservation are authorized to stay in the home or resort. No external visits from friends or family are allowed even if this is below the maximum occupancy.
4. Resort and community facilities associated with the home are owned and operated by the Regal Palms Resort. Any limitations or closures at any time are beyond our control.
5. The home can have a maximum of two vehicles associated with the reservation. No street parking permitted at any time, vehicles will be towed at the vehicle owner’s expense.

Sorry but this home is not suitable for young adult/student groups under the average age of 25.

SUPPLIES PROVIDED:
All our homes are self-catering. We provide an initial starter pack free of charge to help you on your first night that includes 2 rolls of toilet paper and 1 small soap per bathroom, 1 kitchen paper roll, 2 dishwasher tabs, 1 kitchen sponge, 3 kitchen trash bags and 1 bag per small bedroom bin and 1 laundry detergent tab. All provisions beyond this are the guest’s responsibility to bring with them/purchase locally. We do not supply additional/unlimited toilet paper, toiletries or cleaning products.
